'호텔 서비스는 매우 좋았습니다. 보트에서 버스를 타고 호텔에 도착했을 때 아침 7시 이상이었습니다. 호텔은 즉시 방을 마련하여 휴식을 취할 수있었습니다. 방은 넓고 여행 가방 4 개를 열 수있을만큼 넓고 소파, 작업대 등이 있으며 시설이 충분합니다. 호텔 지하에는 저녁 식사를 할 수 있는 레스토랑이 있습니다. 유일한 단점은 점심이 제공되지 않는다는 것입니다. Kirkenes 근처에 문을 여는 상점이 많지 않습니다. 점심을 제공하지 않으면 점심을 찾기가 더 어렵습니다. 호텔의 아침 식사는 훌륭하고 선택의 폭이 넓습니다. 호텔 입구에 무료 커피가 있으며 온수와 냉수를 식당에서 직접 가져갈 수있어 매우 편리합니다.'

'Très correct pour le prix. Kirkenes n'étant pas bien grand, tout est accessible à pied. Pas d'ascenseur pour 3 étages mais un monte-charge très pratique pour les bagages. Au rez de chaussée, restaurant chinois très bon, le Shanghai. Pièce-cuisine à l'étage. Photo du monte charge et du jour de ma fenêtre, à 02h00 ..'

'Nice cosy room and comfortable bed. Bathroom comes with bath tub, which is great for relaxation. The breakfast is excellent with a wide spread of quality food, which I had for 3 days and still enjoyed it immensely. The polite staff clear the plates swiftly. The classy and cosy ambience of the Scandinavian designed restaurant makes the morning breakfast even more blissful. There are 2 supermarkets within walking distance where one can find everything needed. The Joker supermarket is more like a local supermarket while the Asia supermarket finds other complimentary products such as Asian favour instant noodles. There is a food truck next to the Asia supermarket which serves delicious Asian food. The green curry rice with shrimp was very delicious. It was a wonderful 3 nights stay.'

'We had a free transfer from the cruise terminal to the hotel. The hotel had several fun activities. The dog sledding was amazing. The restaurant was spacious and the 3-course meal was delicious. The cabin was clean and had a very nice view. The staff were friendly and helpful. We were lucky to see the northern lights during the dinner time.'
